Kedeyahko
Kedeyahko (IG@Kedeyahko), is the pole industry’s first Afrocentric polewear brand founded by Evette (IG:@eva_dvah) and Karisse (IG:@queen_of_booms).
The brand was created to represent under-represented BPOC, to show pride for black culture, empowered femininity, sisterhood and of course the love of pole.
The name Kedeyahko was inspired by the Jamaican saying "mi deh yah", which means 'I'm here, all is good". As a small black owned brand this importantly signified that whilst Kedeyahko are a minority, we are here, visible and proud!
Whilst their afro-caribbean inspired polewear collection is in sampling stages, the brand has successfully launched 3 Polewear apparel collections:
-The 'Kedeyahko Kweens’ featuring 3 melanin rich sassy pole queens,
-'Tallawah' A celebration of Jamaica's 60th year of independence and
-'Don’t Touch' A tongue in cheek PSA to remind people not to touch black girls' hair but also to stay off your favourite pole.
Whilst the Kedeyahko Kweens represent the melanin rich pole babes, they are for EVERYONE who loves to represent unity, sisterhood and empowerment.
Kedeyahko prides itself on creating a landscape so BPOC feel seen and are big advocates for uplifting their community in love and light by showcasing a Friday ‘Featured Follower’ and putting a spotlight on the wonderfulness of their Tribe.
You can find Kedeyahko on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok @kedeyahko and shop their products on their website.

Reign of Sovereinty
Reign of Sovereignty (IG:@reign_of_sovereignty) is a brand by Zoë Atiko.
Zoë Atiko is a multi-disciplinary artist currently based in London working within the fields of Costume Design, Fashion Millinery and Performance Art.
REIGN is her first line of ready-to-wear harnesses and accessories. Previously produced as made-to-measure only to direct clients, REIGN’s entire collection is now available to buy online with a fully adjustable size range.
REIGN embraces the concept of embodied self-empowerment through er0tic and aesthetic pleasure. It conceives of bodies not as objects or commodities, but sovereign authorities of pleasure and self-knowledge — undefined by culture, association, or trend.
REIGN’s provocative vision nods to fetish culture, but seeks to dissolve the boundaries between private and public, insider/outsider. REIGN celebrates the potential of both fashion and self as a site of bold, fluid expression and continual reinvention. It gives power to the uncompromising enjoyment of one’s own body and sexuality, without judgment or categorisation.

Kelechnekoff Studio
Kelechnekoff Studio (IG:@kelechnekoff_studio) was founded by actress, director, author and award-winning podcaster Kelechi Okafor (IG:@kelechnekoff) in 2016, and is managed by Blackstage founder Leila and co-manager Denise.
Kelechnekoff studio was born out of the knowledge that very few fitness spaces have inclusivity at their core and at the time, there weren’t many Black-owned pole dance studios in the UK. The studio started with Kelechi teaching every class from twerk to pole conditioning and pole parties. The studio then grew into the space it is now from the community she created.
Kelechnekoff studio has since been listed as one of British Vogue’s five true wellness visionaries to follow in 2020 and 2021, as one of Timeout’s top 10 hottest fitness classes in London 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2022, and has also recently appeared in Refinery 29, Metro.co.uk and Conde Nast Traveller.
