10th June to 12th July 2020 Blackstage hosted a series of Instagram pole giveaways. These giveaways happened during the resurgence of the Black Lives Matter movement. We stated “There is a LOT of trauma circulating Black Life at the moment. For those of us who are black and love to pole, Blackstage wants to sprinkle some joy into your lives to say "We got you". Black people, Indigenous people and People of Colour (BIPOC) are seriously underrepresented within the pole industry.
Black households in the UK, have 60% less wealth than white households and are the poorest demographic (ONS). BIPOC often don't have the same access as our white counterparts because we were colonised and our wealth was stolen.

Blackstage then gave away the following prizes:
